When it was time to make Dad’s final arrangements, the staff at Lensing offered compassionate understanding and a full array of services. When Dad passed, Alex took charge and walked us through the process like he’s known us for years - actually he has. All options were presented. None were pushed. Lensing has helped us through two long distance interments. They made them work in memorable fashion. Follow-up has been terrific. Great folks to work with.

Michael and the rest of the Lensing team were amazing. They were instrumental in guiding my family through the full celebration of life process. From the initial reach out to post celebration, the team handled our event with care and attention to detail, all while being encouraging and sympathetic during a difficult time for my family. We have worked with Lensing for as long as I can remeber, which shows they never dissapoint. Although there were some unexpected stress added to our day of my grandmothers funeral, they were quick to acknowledge the situation and made up for that, which we do appreciate.

We didn’t have much time to plan with Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service. My husband became ill, we had a few days to get everything in order as a family. They treated us with such dignity and respect and were so very accommodating to our needs. Any problem we were dealing with as a family, they had a solution for us. I highly recommend their services!!!

Lensings is a very warm and friendly place. They helped us with both of our parents services. They are very helpful in leading you in the right direction for planning services for your loved one. I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of work with Lensing on multiple occasions over the last few years. Nobody wants to deal with all the messy details when a loved one passes but they made it so easy and were extremely helpful and supportive during the process. I’ve had to say goodbye to both of my grandparents who raised me and my husband and I can’t imagine how I could have done it without them. Amanda especially is the most amazing person to work with. Her attention to detail is top notch.
